Returns 

Our priority is to make sure that our clients are happy.

A return claim for any damaged or faulty item must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.

Please provide the reason for your return along with your order number, our staff will review the return request and will reply with the request status within 2 to 5 business days,

  • Your order number.
  • Brief description of the issue.
  • Photo of the item’s condition.

Every return must include the original packaging, be completely undamaged, and be in the exact condition that you received the product. We’ll do everything we can to find a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item once it arrives, we will also let you know if your refund was approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be sent to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, for any defective damage please send us an email to: [email protected] and include pictures of the damaged item.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your purchase. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
